These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Mee6 Bot Personalizer ("the Bot"), operated and maintained by N8VENTURES.
By interacting with or using the Bot within the Discord server where it is deployed, you agree to comply with these Terms and the rules established by the server's administrators.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use functionality provided by the Bot.
Mee6 Bot Personalizer is a private Discord moderation and server-management application.
The Bot is currently deployed for use within one Discord server only. It is not currently offered as a public or commercially available service.
The Bot provides functionality including, but not limited to:
/ban — Ban a member from the server
/tempban — Temporarily ban a member
/kick — Remove a member from the server
/mute — Mute a member
/tempmute — Temporarily mute a member
/unban — Unban a member
/unmute — Unmute a member
/warn — Warn a member
/infractions — Display a member's infractions
/clear — Delete messages from a channel
/clear-all-infractions — Remove recorded infractions from members
/role-info — Display information about a role
/server-info — Display information about the server
/slowmode — Enable or disable channel slowmode
/user-info — Display information about a member
The Bot may also provide:
Automated moderation (AutoMod)
Audit logging
Reaction roles
Leveling systems
Automations
Ticketing
Welcome messages
Other server-management and moderation functionality
Features may be added, modified, or removed as the Bot develops.
The Bot operates according to the configuration and instructions established by authorized server administrators and staff.
The Bot may automatically or manually:
Record infractions
Record moderation actions
Detect potentially offensive or prohibited content
Apply moderation actions
Generate moderation logs
Maintain user moderation histories
The Bot does not independently establish the server's rules. Server administrators and staff are responsible for determining the rules and moderation standards applied to members.
Users agree not to intentionally abuse, exploit, circumvent, or interfere with the Bot's functionality.
Users must comply with:
Discord's Terms of Service and policies;
Discord's Community Guidelines;
The rules of the Discord server;
Instructions issued by authorized server staff.
Attempting to exploit the Bot to bypass moderation systems, gain unauthorized access, manipulate records, or disrupt server functionality may result in server-level disciplinary action.
The Bot may maintain records of moderation actions, including warnings, infractions, bans, temporary bans, mutes, timeouts, kicks, reasons, dates, and related information.
These records exist to provide a consistent moderation history and may be considered when determining future moderation actions.
Moderation records may also be reviewed when a member submits an appeal or disputes a moderation action.
The Bot provides ticketing functionality that may allow users to communicate privately with authorized server staff.
Information submitted through tickets may be recorded or retained as necessary to:
Resolve support requests;
Investigate reports;
Process moderation appeals;
Address disputes;
Maintain an administrative record.
Users should avoid submitting sensitive information that is unnecessary for resolving their request.
The Bot is provided on an "as available" basis.
N8VENTURES does not guarantee that the Bot will:
Always be online;
Always respond immediately;
Remain available without interruption;
Be free from errors;
Retain every record indefinitely;
Continue providing every feature indefinitely.
Maintenance, Discord outages, software errors, configuration changes, or other circumstances may temporarily affect the Bot.
N8VENTURES may modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue Bot functionality at any time.
Changes may include:
New commands;
Removed commands;
Modified moderation behavior;
New automation features;
Changes to data handling;
Changes to server configuration.
Material changes to data handling will be reflected in the Privacy Policy where appropriate.
The Bot is not responsible for independently determining whether a Discord member should be banned, kicked, muted, or otherwise disciplined unless an authorized server configuration specifically instructs the Bot to perform an automated action.
Server administrators and authorized staff remain responsible for the moderation policies and configuration under which the Bot operates.
The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
N8VENTURES does not guarantee that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or suitable for every particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, N8VENTURES will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of, inability to use, interruption of, or malfunction of the Bot.
This includes circumstances caused by Discord, third-party infrastructure, software errors, network failures, or actions taken by server administrators or other authorized users.
The Bot operates using MEE6's Bot Personalizer feature, which links this Discord application to MEE6's moderation and server-management infrastructure. MEE6 is a separate service operated by MEE6 (or its respective operators) and is not owned, operated, or controlled by N8VENTURES.
Use of the Bot's functionality is also subject to MEE6's own Terms of Service and policies, in addition to these Terms. N8VENTURES is not responsible for the availability, performance, or conduct of MEE6's underlying infrastructure.
The collection and handling of information through the Bot is described in the Privacy Policy associated with this service.

Access to the Bot may be restricted or terminated at the discretion of authorized server administrators or N8VENTURES.
Because the Bot is currently intended for use within one private Discord server, removal from that server effectively terminates a user's access to the Bot's functionality.
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to the Bot, its functionality, or applicable requirements.
The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
Continued use of the Bot following material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Bot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
